Once you contact me and we settle on a date, I will send you a confirmation text with the date, departure time, and pick-up location.
The best time to book a trip is when you can go! Striper and bass fishing on Texoma is great year round, however some months are better that others. Prime months are April through July and September through December. If you want a date in one of the prime months I suggest you book as far in advance as possible because they fill up fast.
I can fish with up to 6 people on my boat for striper and catfish. Smallmouth and Largemouth trips are a 3 person Max due to having to cast. However, I have a network of other guides on the lake that we often help each other out to accommodate any number of people that you, your company, or organization may need to get out on the water. Young or old, bring them all! I love to have kids on the boat. I have children of my own who love to fish and have a lot of experience with kids in the outdoors. I like nothing more than to see folks of any age catch the fever of Striper and smallmouth fishing.
Payment will be expected on the day of the trip in cash or approved check made payable to Southern Wind Guide Service.
Lucky You!
If you have received a gift certificate as a gift or won/received a donated trip by Southern Wind Guide Service, please book that trip as soon as possible. Dates fill up fast; when they're gone, they're gone. Gift certificates are good for 1 year from the date of purchase.
I understand things come up and will do my best to accommodate any scheduling changes and find an alternate date that works for us both. However, some things are out of my and your control. I reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe weather or water conditions. We will discuss any weather-related cancellations, but ultimately, I have the final say if and when my boat leaves the dock. Safety is the priority.

A 20 % tip is customary in any service industry. A tip in any amount is never demanded but is always appreciated. Your guide, if it's myself or someone working with me, is there to provide you with an enjoyable experience and will work hard to ensure that. Let them know you appreciate it.
